Who we are
This website is operated by FXVerdict, an independent affiliate publisher based in Vietnam and an authorized marketing partner of NAGA. It introduces the NAGA trading platform and links to NAGA's own website through a partner tracking link. It is not NAGA's official website and does not provide trading services.
What this website collects
- No form data. This website has no sign-up forms and never asks for your name, email, phone number, identity documents or payment details. Registration happens on NAGA's website under NAGA's own privacy policy.
- Analytics and advertising data. Subject to your browser settings, this website may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) pixels. These set cookies or similar identifiers and collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, the link you clicked and the campaign that brought you here, used only to measure and improve our advertising.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records standard technical logs for security and performance.
Partner tracking
Links marked "partner link" include an identifier so that NAGA can attribute an account opened through this page to us; NAGA may pay us a commission. This does not change the price or conditions you receive. After you click through, NAGA's privacy policy applies.

Data described above may be processed by Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc., Cloudflare Inc. and NAGA, each under its own privacy terms.

Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data or object to its processing.
